This is what I had for lunch today:
It’s really easy to make as you just need several asparagus spears and a pack of bacon. Break the asparagus to know where the ripe part starts and that’s where you’ll slice all of it. Wrap 2 pieces of asparagus with bacon nice and tight. Heat your stove-top grill and when it’s hot enough, put the asparagus. Grill one side for around 6-8 minutes until the bacon browns. Turn and wait for the other side to brown as well. You can also use the oven for this.
Z loves it! But I didn’t let him eat too much bacon — that’s reserved for me! Haha!
