The weekend was all about FOOD! I was one happy camper as some of my cravings were dutifully fulfilled. And if you get hungry after this post, I’m always willing to eat!
Charlie’s Pritchon
Sometime during my 3rd month of pregnancy, I woke up at 3 AM with the intense craving for deep-fried suckling pig. It’s a bit pricey to just order, and I don’t think our family could finish off one order. Then my sister-in-law was asking for food gifts for her birthday and yay for Pritchon! I think I ate almost 20 pieces of tortilla-wrapped chopped pig with my favorite sauces: white garlic and hoisin!

Jeterra’s Banana Cupcakes
Z got his sweet tooth from me. I can’t not eat pastries! And even though I don’t like eating bananas, banana cakes are my favorites! And with Jeterra’s, their mini-cupcakes take the win. Imagine a super moist banana cake topped with caramel or yema and rolled in crunchy cornflakes! It was a party in my mouth!

Rina, the owner of Jeterra makes awesome cakes and sugar cookies as well! To see more of her works, like her Facebook Page 🙂
Gelato from Cafe Publico
It must be the preggy hormones because I feel insanely hot these days. I always need iced water or else I wouldn’t be satisfied. Our freezer is stocked with ice cream tubs and popsicle sticks! So it was really a treat to have some alone time at Cafe Publico in Promenade. Their new location is quite smaller than before but they’ve expanded their menu to movie munchies. Their Gelatos are still one of the best in the metro. Plus points for the taste-all-you-can motto! I’ll try the Four Cheese next time!

Are you hungry now?! What have you been eating these days? Anything I should try? Can’t wait for your suggestions in the comments!
